We recently purchased a car from Butte GM Auto Center. They only had one key for the $26,000 car, but said they would look into getting a second key. Do to their lack of experience in selling Mercedes Benz they didn't know that the key would cost $250. We callied them several time & the final answer was they would not get us a second key. I find this to be very poor customer service. They also said if we came back the next day they would have the car cleaned up and ready to go. We arrived around 9:00 & it took them until noon to get the car ready. That should have been a good clue that their word was worthless.
We resently left negative review for this company. The issue has been resolved.
I hate to right negative reviews about a business but sometimes it is necessary.
The owner of Butte Auto was not aware of the problems we were having so the review that we wrote got his attention, and he resolved the problems within a few days. It is important to let the owner know when you feel you are not being treated fairly.
Mr. [redacted] was extremely concerned about the way we were treated & assured us that this is not the way he runs his business. We felt very thankful for his senitivity to our concerns. We would be more than happy to do business with him again.
This business was wonderful!! Fast, easygoing and friendly staff. We had our new vehicle the same day we went to test to drive. Fantastic!! Very thorough and knew the business well. Would recommend for anyone, especially a first time buyer. Absolutely going to buy from here for our next vehicle.
