This email is to inform you that the breeders at Butte Enterprises Ranch finally sent me my dog's registration papers. This is resolution as far as I am concerned. Thank you for your assistance in this matter
Sincerely,
*** ***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: It is Full of lies! I like the way you try to dredge up a fantasy that I as a prospective owner am the heavy!
Lie # 1 I have never spoken to you MrM***, I have only spoken to your wife
Lie # 2 As regards my late arrival: Yes, I was late. Your "ranch" is just a basic house with cars parked around it. You had no Signs what so ever to indicate your location, ie.: Butte Ranch Enterprises
Lie # 3 Neither you or your wife contacted me about the name of my puppy being "too long" rendering the processing of *** registration not possible. I never got upset because I had no knowledge of this status
This scenario is key to this entire complaint. No one in your household, you, wife, or daughter communicate with customers (at least in my situation). This could have been resolved long ago if you had responded to any of my communication
Instead, you ignore them
Lie # 4 I did not have a crate to take *** home in. This is true. At the time I purchased *** this was not a requirement stated on your website or vocalized by you or your wife. I know this to be a certainty as I was on your website constantly,
monitoring *** arrival progress. In addition, I never received the bag of dog food that you promised to give owners upon receiving their new puppy (just keeping it real)
Lie # 5 I have never received any registration papers via regular mail. I will not accept this response until I do. Your reputation precedes you. You have made several promises that your business did not fulfill.
I just got off the phone with the *** *** *** ***. *** is finally registered (over one year later). In order for me to process the name change and complete the process, I need to have the original registration document (not a PDF copy). When I receive this document in the regular mail, then we can culminate this transaction, and only then
Sincerely,*** ***

We are a small hobby farm located in CentralOregon. We raise chickens, ducks, cattle, sheep, and goats. Wealso raise and train border collies, to use for herding, agility, therapy dogs, and companions on occasion. I am also a disabledveteran with limitations as is my spouse. We prescreen...

allprospective clients and as I recall I talked to [redacted] and shemet the initial requirements to have a dog. After I talked to her Ihad an accident and was in ICU for 4 months and am in my ihmonth of Physical Rehabilitation. During this time my spouse anddaughter maintained the farm operations. A number of issuesarose the day or I should say the night [redacted] showed up. Shewas many hours late for her appointment; she arrived at or about 9PM. On the registry she gave my wife a name that was too long forthe certificate, and then she became upset when told she had tomodify it. She also did not have a crate to transport the puppyhome.
My wife had recently days before this incident hada stroke and at I 0 PM with me in the hospital was in no mood tocontinue to deal with Ms. [redacted]. They made a little area for thepup in her vehicle and sent Ms. [redacted] on her way. Hindsight is20120 if I had of been there I would have cancelled the transaction, due to her severe tardiness, and most off all not having a dog cratefor the pup's safety, plus I would of refunded her deposit. Ourdogs are an investment we have won dog trials and have sold dogsfor up to $7300.00. We are not a backyard breeder.Sometimes it may take a while to receive papers;we have had some take up to 18 months to process due to changesin forms, lost papers, and procedural errors. [redacted] was senther dog's papers and a form to attempt to modify and correctanything she may wish to apply. A copy is enclosed; the dog isnow legally hers.Regards,Dan M[redacted]Butte Ranch Enterprises

Taking a picture and sending it via email takes less than a minute. I think a $600 dollar sale would be worth that effort. I've had retail jobs where I've worked harder to sell a $50 bathing suit. Additionally, I became very suspicious as to why they wouldn't provide a photo due to complaints I've found about them on the internet. One suggesting their refusal is a ploy and another indicating that their visit to the facility was bizarre to say the least: "Robin sat in a corner, one puppy laid upon the floor." Again, this is contrary to their websites' portrayal of their "ranch." Not only that, but it turns out the puppy had Parvo, a highly contagious and deadly disease for dogs. If the owners are so concerned about their pups' welfare, how did one manage to contract Parvo? Likely the whole litter was infected.

We had also agreed on meeting her in Bend, Oregon , thus cutting off 110 miles travel for her at no charge.

>>I need proof that they have won these awards. Anyone could make these claims. Regardless of their so-called track record of success, this business would best serve its customers by providing excecptional service, including requests for photographs and quick responses to inquires. When I heard my check hadn't arrived, I called immediately and offered them my credit card but they didn't pick up their phone. Which, according to online testimony, seems to be common practice for the. If they can't keep up with the pace of the modern world, it will leave them behind as I have decided to do. I grew up with a mother with MS who spent most of her life in a wheelchair and I know they are capable of more than you think they are. [redacted]
