I am rejecting this response because: the roof clearly has noticable damage after my initial concerns of clogged valleysThis was brought to their attention and still have no follow upIt clearly says in their response that leaks and damage take priorityI made a point to tell them that I have noticable damage occuring nowWhen they came out to assess the roof for cleaning they said it was merely a gutter leak or clogged guttersAfter taking a few seconds of my time I can see that there is severe leakage under the shinglesIf I can see this then I would assume they would be able to see it as well, being roof specialistAlso after contacting them within the last month, why were they so surprised that the roofers haven't been out to my property yet? I would like to know when I can expect my roof to be serviced? Seems as though I should fall under the category of damaged and leaking roof, so I should receive a prompt response correct?Roof maintenance prevents water leaks and or damage, but I am still waiting since NovemberI have attached pictures and invite Buttes roofing to assess the damage themselvesI am not looking for handouts, but want the business to take responsibility for what could have been an easy fixI have signed the contract, so I assume thats binding for both parties

We are currently waiting on a return call from Mr. [redacted], we will be doing the work Mr. [redacted] signed for on estimate #1691 on 4/4/17. Tell us why here...
I am rejecting this response because: the company was surprised that my roof hadnt been attended to when I called a month ago. Them being surprised means that there should have been adequate time to get this resolved. It has not been non-stop rain since November, so I do not see any reason why this shouldn't habe been dealt with. The company did not propose a solution to this problem or even a time frame. It looks like it will be dry for a while, so I would assume they should have time. I would like to see the company take care of their customers in a timely manner with satisfactory work.
I received a response from the roofer that will be doing the work. He was very curteous and will be helping me out with any other issue I have. I appreciate that the business will be completing the work.
