I want to commend Jeff, the service rep from Kale Heating & Air Conditioning on being patient with me as I contemplated a very expensive repair to my air conditioner I was astounded at the price and I needed time to think about it; I finally felt I had no choice but to go ahead with the repair being summer and the heat and humidity were very high I called Jeff and told him I was ok with the repair and being it was late in the day and I wasn't sure of the schedule for next day, I left it open for a later date, but he came back that same day (which he did not have to do) and repaired the air He was courteous and understanding Thank you
