I am rejecting this response because:
As I clarified originally, I was refunded $towards the stand, however I wasn't refunded for the full amount of the sopping wet cakeButtercream told me that they "wouldn't refund the
cake because the stand was made by a third-party contractor"Of course, this makes no senseThey are still responsible for providing a quality product, and they didn't- I don't care who manufactured the stand, Buttercream sold it to meBecause they provided me with a poor product, my cake and cake table were sopping wetI should be refunded in the full amount. Additionally, they claimed at one point that the stand was on a "crooked" tableHowever, that isn't trueIt was on my mom's nice dining room tableBesides, their employees set up the stand, so if they did so incorrectly, this was once again their fault
