Signed up for a trial for two different items, Max Test 300 and Nitro Max, and paid for the shipping for those items. After 14 days was charged $87.47 and $89.47 for the same times. I called their customer service and they stated that in the terms and conditions that it states that after 14 days if they do not hear from you they bill you for those products and start you on a monthly billing cycle and reship more times. They first offered to give me a 15% refund. I told them I would just get a hold of my credit card company and then they offered me a 35% refund each time telling them now that I would call my credit card company. They them offered me a 50%. They then stated they would refund me the full amount but I would have to send the items back at my own expense and there would be a $9.95 restocking fee for each item. And the refund would take 45 to 60 days. I told them again no, finally offered me a full refund in 3 to 5 days. Just a scam company really.
