*** *** Ok, the problem I have is that they never answer my callsAnd they promised me that the items will be in, and then I waitAnd they never callSo I try to call backAnd they never answerI left voicemails, and still nothingI even said I was going to contact Revdex.com,and I waited a week before leaving the complaintHoping that they would callBut never calledThey promised me or times that the items should be in soon for the repairBut Every time they say that,it never happensAnd the last time they promised me,I called them and they promised me that it will be in next weekFor sure they saidI waited,and nothingWaited a second week,and nothingI called them to just see the status,and they never called backAnd I left multiple voicemailsSo they shouldn't promise to have the work done,if they can'tAnd if they can't,they should be a real company,and actually call their customersTo let them know the status of what's going onThat's all I wantedWas to know what's going onAnd they could never answer meTheir communication is horribleAnd so is their workThey did a bad job with the installationEvery anchor bold was installed on the edgeCausing split woodIn a $2,swing setAll I really want,is the work to finally be doneAnd they have yet to contact meThank you so much

Company responded by phone 10/22/2015-nkm[redacted] states that the manufacturing company has not sent them the parts that are needed to make the necessary repairs.
