Stole my money. Worst customer service.
Never refunded me and never responded. DO NOT SHOP HERE! I ordered two items and only received half my order and way outside the expedited delivery window I paid extra for. Their custoMer service never responded to phone calls or emails and after 2 weeks of trying I filed a dispute with my credit card company and then of course they magically became responsive. They said they would refund me in full when they received the item back and sent me a return label. They now have the item back and after a month of trying via email I have not received a response and have not been refunded. Frustrated and out $267. RUN!

We did talk with the customer and let her know that we were unable to issue a refund since her card had been cancelled.  We would be happy to send a check to her this week and will let her know to follow this message.

We apologize for the oversight in issuing the refund to customer C[redacted], we have sent a payment to her via Pay Pal for the amount of $138.60.

I placed an order from this company on 6/30- never once received shipping confirmation yet. I reached out to them twice and was told yesterday 7/6 that my item was scheduled to ship and I should receive a confirmation with tracking by the evening. I was up today, 7/7/15, to still find no shipping confirmation. I have tried calling them twice as well as connecting to the online chat room and have had ZERO results. they have $150 of my money and are lying to me and now just not offering service at all. What a horrible way to do business. I will NEVER shop with this company again.

Review: I ordered a bikini from butterflies and bikinis 2 weeks ago. When I did not receive a dispatch email after the amount of time stated on their website I emailed them on 16th May 2014 and they replied the same day saying my item would be dispatched no later than Monday 19th May 2014. I received no email saying that my item had been dispatched on Monday 19th May 2014. I emailed again on Tuesday 20th May 2014 asking why I hadn't received an email saying my item had been dispatched and that if it wasn't dispatched by the end of that day Tuesday 20th May could I please cancel my order and have a refund. I did not get a response. I emailed them again twice on 22nd May 2014 and 23rd May 2014 asking for a refund but I have had no response. I am appalled that I have had no response and that they have taken my money without sending me my product or giving me any indication as to why it has not been dispatched. The lack of customer service has been awful.Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund. Including the amount I paid for postage as the item has obviously not been posted.

Review: I ordered 425 USD worth of bikinis from Butterfiles and Bikinis. The swimwear did not fit and they promptly issued me a store credit after they confirmed my return of the items. I was told the store credit would never expire. 10 months later I decided to use my credit and order about 400 USD in bikinis again. (Just under the amount I had in credit with the store) The store agreed and asked for permission to use my credit card to pay for additional expedited shipping that was not covered in my remaining credit. I agreed in the email and sent the store my credit card details again. My card was to be charged 28 USD only. To cover the extra shipping cost. INSTEAD--the shop charged me again the full amount of the bikinis AND the expedited shipping!! Even after several emails confirming this was an exchange/store credit. I even have an apology email admitting to the error and ensuring me it would be credited back to my card ASAP. That was 5 weeks ago. And now the customer hotline does not have their normal message. It has been replaced by a computer message. I assume the company has stolen my and many other people's money and has skipped town. They owe me $409 USD. I will not stop reporting them and making my case heard until I receive the money. I will now report my experience on Facebook and yelp to help other people not fall victim like I have. Please help me get my money back.Desired Settlement: I want my Visa card for order #4251 00923 credited for the full amount of $409 USD. If this is resolved within 2 weeks I will not report my experience on social media. Otherwise I will tell the public the truth about my experience with this business. My email associated with this despute is [email protected] and I have all the emails associated with the overcharge and promise to rectify the charges. Small claims court will be my next step as well.

Review: On August 18, 2015 I have placed an order for a bikini for $138.80 and received the wrong order on August 26, 2015. They told me that they would exchange to me the bikini top that was given to me accidentally but to find out weeks later after I have no received a new bikini top that they do not have it in stock and that I can return the top and bottom for a refund. They have received my return and still have not issued me any type of refund. I have an email from them acknowledging that they have received my return. I have tried calling them and they do not answer the phone. I have emailed them and they would respond say that they will give me my money back but still have not done anything yet. I even asked them to call me back. It is now November 27, 2015 and they still have no responded to any of my emails.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to refund the money.
