Review: I prepaid well in advance for an advertisement. I requested a cancellation days later, and over 1 month before the advertisement would have been ran. The seller refused to accept cancellation and harass me over the phone and email with texts and sending unauthorized ads on my behalf.

I haven't authorized my name or my company's name to be used in any advertisement with this company and they don't accept my cancellation. There was no contract specifying any kind of locking clause or fees. The seller specifically assured me I could cancel at any time without any issues.Desired Settlement: I desire for this merchant to stop contacting me on my cellphone and email about an ad that I have not authorized. I have contacted my bank to cancel the pre-payment I had offered and the bank has worked a disputed on my behalf for the funds. I do not want to do business with this merchant and want all future communications and harassment to stop.
