Review: I purhased an electronic item from this company through Amazon a couple of years ago. The product was advertised as an open box but like new with everything included. Soon after I received the item, I was diagnosed with cancer, had surgery and was battling this disease all this time. I also wentz through a very nasty divorce and did not have a chance to use this electronic item. A few days ago, when I finally settle down in my own place, I opened a box and had found that there was nothing included except for the unit itself. No cables, adapters, manuals, remote, antennas etc. I was just stuffed with empty plastic bags. I contacted a company right away and asked them to either send me all missing items that had to be included as advertised and for which I paid or to give me a partial refund so that I would try to buy at least some of these items somewhere else. They brushed me off and refused to cooperate by sending 4 messages with the same co text that they cannot honor my request. Now I have this almost $300 piece of electronics that I cannot use. I also have medical bills and cannot afford to buy a whole new unit to make a few CDs for my grandkids.

They refused to replace missing items that they advertised as included and refused to issue a partial refund. They sold an unusable product to refused to offer any solution to help.Desired Settlement: They can issue a patrial refund or send missing items.

Review: I purchased a speaker through [redacted] The speaker was defective because it didn't hold a charge. [redacted] had me contact the manufacturer. They sent a replacement which was defective in a different way. After repeated emails and attempts for customer service to make good on this, they ignored emails, took weeks to reply, told me to go back to [redacted], didn't offer to repair/replace, and didn't honor the warranty.Desired Settlement: Refund the original [redacted] purchase.
