I talked with [redacted] on 11/25/and told her that the two items that she had ordered were not available She requested a refund and I told her I would send a check# for $dated 11/25/14, and it was sent yesterday We did have difficult phone issues, However I did not hang up on ***She did not leave a phone number with her order so I could not call her back [redacted]
