I have ordered for years from this company with no problem. BUT, I placed two orders in early August and I have not received my products,she took my money though. Contacted the company and she sent me a u.p.s shipping number that doesn't lead to anything..I have tried to contact her several times since then and the email bounces back. What's even stranger is there still "flash sales" and coupons.So the company is continuing to steal from people. How can we make this company go away...Fraud!
After placing an order for over $100 and waiting a week for a shipping conformation I emailed to find out what was going on with my order. I was told about shipping center's being changed and was told to have patience. After waiting two more weeks for a total of three weeks I decided enough was enough and emailed to cancel the order. I did get a response and I was told that due to them also changing payment companies this Shakira person was unable to issue a refund and I would have to initiate it on PayPal myself. Stay away from this broad she has horrendous business practices. Quite sad.
I placed an order that was never even shipped out. I was told nonsense by this Shakira person about switching shipping centers and as a result there would be a delay. Not that big of a deal so I waited three weeks and never received any shipping information. I then proceeded to ask for a refund at which point I was told some complete B.S. about how she can't initiate a refund because they switched payment companies. So you took my money and now you claim you can't give it back. I shouldn't have to go beyond telling you to return my money since you took it and provided zero product. SMH. Do not attempt to do business with this person.
Same experience here as everyone (with the lack of response) except my package didn't come at all (and it was a gift so I really want it fast.) I ordered at the end of August. 9 days passed and no *functioning* tracking number nor response. And I too used the faulty email and called the number with no response. I let her know that I would be disputing it and still got no response, so I disputed it on PayPal and all the sudden I got an email a day later confirming shipment. Smh. It's crazy because I ordered from them in 2015 with no problem (tracking number and everything), but this time around was a total 180. If she has to get rid of team members or has to hire someone to take over temporarily, she might want to consider that. It really totally irks my nerves when businesses just ignore their customers like that. No no, not coo at all.
