- *** Protection Plan - *** Total - *** Tax - *** Delivery Fee - *** Interest charge - *** (To finance purchase for months @ ***, first payment due 7-5-17) Total - $*** On 6-27-17, Ms*** came in and cancelled the Chest and her account was credited the following: Chest - -$*** Tax - *** Interest charge refund -*** Interest charge *** (To finance new balance for months @***, first payment due 7-5-17) New Balance - $*** On 6-29-17, Ms *** came in and cancelled the Twin Mattress and her account was credited the following: Twin Mattress - -$*** Tax - - *** Interest charge refund -*** Interest charge +*** (To finance new balance for months @$***, first payment due 7-5-17) New balance - $*** Butterworth’s delivered the bed on 6-30-There was no payment made as agreed on 7-5-17, so $***, late charge was added on 7-17-17, New Balance $***There was no payment made as agreed on 8-5-17, so $***, late charge Was added on 8-16-17, New Balance $***Butterworth’s Furniture is not sneaky in its dealings with anyone! Ms*** signed three different contracts in the store and was never told she would be sued by Butterworth’s. Should she wish to pay her account off within the next week I will refund all her interest charge of $***, but not her late charges of $***! Ms ***’s pay-off will be $***, due no later than 9-13-17. We would not have been in business over years by treating customers “sneaky”! *** ** *** President

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI got a response and he was very rude!!!! Clearly they are sneaky..........they are trying to make me pay *** for a *** bed which they delivered in not the best conditionI never would lie about this!!!! I was threatened on the phone by the receptionist that I would be sued if I didn't pay *** I would have said no had I known!!!!
