- [redacted] Protection Plan - [redacted] Total - [redacted] Tax - [redacted] Delivery Fee - [redacted] Interest charge - [redacted] (To finance purchase for 18 months @ [redacted], first payment due 7-5-17) Total - $[redacted] On 6-27-17, Ms. [redacted] came in and cancelled the Chest and her account was credited the following: Chest - -$[redacted] Tax - [redacted] Interest charge refund -[redacted] Interest charge [redacted] (To finance new balance for 18 months @[redacted], first payment due 7-5-17) New Balance - $[redacted] On 6-29-17, Ms [redacted] came in and cancelled the Twin Mattress and her account was credited the following: Twin Mattress - -$[redacted] Tax - - [redacted] Interest charge refund -[redacted] Interest charge +[redacted] (To finance new balance for 12 months @$[redacted], first payment due 7-5-17) New balance - $[redacted] Butterworth’s delivered the bed on 6-30-17. There was no payment made as agreed on 7-5-17, so $[redacted], late charge was added on 7-17-17, New Balance $[redacted]. There was no payment made as agreed on 8-5-17, so $[redacted], late charge Was added on 8-16-17, New Balance $[redacted]. Butterworth’s Furniture is not sneaky in its dealings with anyone! Ms. [redacted] signed three different contracts in the store and was never told she would be sued by Butterworth’s. Should she wish to pay her account off within the next week I will refund all her interest charge of $[redacted], but not her late charges of $[redacted]! Ms [redacted]’s pay-off will be $[redacted], due no later than 9-13-17. We would not have been in business over 90 years by treating customers “sneaky”! [redacted] President
