They still have not processed my refundNow they are saying the book was used! I didn't even want the book and I certainly didn't use itI do have a record of all of the calls I made to them and all of the emails I sent if that would be helpfulThey said they are now "investigating my return" bc the item was usedI sent it back in the original wrapper, envelope etcI simply added their return label.Thanks for your assistance!
