going to leak. When I was called about the leak, I immediately went with representatives of the roofing company to the residence and discovered a 1'x1' area that was dripping water.  From the residence, I called an Emergency Mitigation Service and then offered for the tenants to stay in a hotel for a few days which they declined.  The owner's of the condo compensated the tenant's a portion of their rent and a portion of their PG&E bill for their inconvenience.  Thank you, Rhonda [redacted]
