properly and the vehicle and test drove to ensure everything was in working order when the vehicle left the repair shop. Please see the photos I am enclosing which I took after receiving the complaint. The van in question is an older model vehicle with substantial mileage. The photos show rust and wear and tear. The complaint states the "bottoms were crushed and there was no body damage prior to repairs. The photos tell a very different story. The damage was not done at the shop which is supported by photos. this was discussed with the client who clearly could see the rust and wear and tear was pre existing to the vehicle. The client never returned and I am unaware of the vehicle no longer running. I have been in business for over 35 years and take pride in my work and reputation. It is frustrating when someone makes statements when someone makes statements that are not accurate and damages a business reputation which took years of hard work to build. Client settlement: Repairs were done accurately and completed properly. The statement that the vehicle is "No longer running" due to a starter I would have to inspect the vehicle to determine if this is an accurate statement and evaluate how the starter was damaged.
