We buy and sell about a thousand distressed properties each year throughout the United States. It is a fast-paced business and we often have multiple prospective buyers who are interested in purchasing the same property.I am unable to confirm the details of Ms. [redacted]' complaint, but I accept them at face value and regret that she missed an opportunity for a good deal. I am rejecting this response because: I agreed upon fixing things around the house of that matter ive let them know plumbing and electrical is not my duty to fix no matter what. I havent heard anything from them in months regarding these issues that are not safe. The city of Memphis has been trying to contact them on regards of the pool and fence not required for me to fix by Memphis Regulations.Still haven't heard back from them on that either. Nobody has made an effort to see about anything. I have pictures and emails of conversations. Those problems go beyond my fixing. which never said had a problem doing anything. ive repainted house strip floors and etc. to make it into a home thus far. I actually need to see results not just them threatening me and being rude. lack of communication.
