*** ***he knew it wasn’t working when his man leftI can’t keep “hoping” my refrigerator would workI did what was best fo my family and had to purchase a new refrigerator which set us back $2,This company should not even be aloud to be in businessI never got a apology in fact I got a “that’s not our problem”I want them to make it rightAnd half the price of the new refrigerator and food replacement is more than fair considering everything my family has had to go through dealing with these guy
Sir in response to your complaint. I am sorry you are upset with us. We did make a hole in your evaporator putting it back together. To correct the issue we did over $800.00 dollars of repair work on the refrigerator, at no charge to you. Yes it took a couple of visits to correct the problems. When...
we did the last repair the unit was working when we left. I was not told the unit quit again. If so we would have came back and continue so until unit was right. Not knowing until I got the review was a surprise. I would be willing to pay $500.00 for lost food. Not sure a new unit was needed. Sorry we had the issues. Thanks [redacted]
