Buy 212 Telephone Number

Review: I purchased a 212 number from this company. They did not fully disclose that there would be an additional charge to another company to transfer my existing number to the 212 number I purchased from them. Thereafter, I attempted to get customer service through their chat (they have no phone number) and "[redacted]" was unable to clearly explain the process. They advised me to seek assistance from someone else since I was unable to follow their instructions. They only refunded part of the money it cost me to transact with them.Desired Settlement: I would like to be compensated for my hours wasted on this sham.
