We are showing our Customer Care Specialist Andrea C*** was in correspondence with *** *** yesterday, November 3rd Per the conversation, I'm showing our customer *** was refunded for both orders. We have attached the credit memos which show the refunds, dates and totals

Our customer *** *** returned all of his items to the various warehouses that we ship fromFor reference, all returns should always be sent directly back to our main location (per our return policy) for a more timely refundAs instructed to our
customer, we were waiting on confirmation from the vendors in order to process the refund(s)Note: *** *** was refunded $on December 1st for a portion of the return that we received confirmation from the vendor that the items were returned.
Our Customer Care Department was in contact with *** and advised him that we are waiting for confirmation back from the vendors regarding the items that he sent back.
*** *** recently wrote a review on our Companies *** page, which I quickly responded to advising him to please email me or give me a call so that we may look into the remaining balance of his order that needs to be refunded.
I sent *** *** an email regarding his refund, he responded back and he has since been refunded the balance of this order ($193.30)Please Note: All refunds once received back in our warehouse are processed within business days, however, if the item(s) are returned back to our vendors or other locations, this may delay any refunds from being processedIf you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact meBest Wishes,

We showing a return authorization number was authorized for this customer on August 11th RMA#***).Note: We have a email from the customer from 10/3/inquiring about their refundOur customer care specialist emailed the customer back asking for tracking information indicating the items
were returned back to our locationWe did not hear back from the customer regarding the tracking number We ware more than happy to process the refund if the items were returned back into our locationPer our policy, we need to obtain the tracking number to confirm the items were delivered back to the correct warehouse locationIf the customer can provide the needed tracking number, we can process the refund at once. The order was placed under *** *** and there is no phone number attached to this order for our customer care specialist to reach the customer. Attached Documents:1.) A screen shot of the RMA authorization from August 11th (customer was authorized for a return)2.) Email from our customer care specialist asking for tracking.

Great selection and service. Had a problem with the first item sent. Upon notifying them, they immediately had a new item sent and arranged for pickup and return of the damaged goods. Very professional...and the cheapest price as well!

Great selection and service. Had a problem with the first item sent. Upon notifying them, they immediately had a new item sent and arranged for pickup and return of the damaged goods. Very professional...and the cheapest price as well!
