Our Return Policy states on our website [redacted], "Please allow 14 business days from receipt of your return back into our warehouse to receive your refund. Shipping costs...

are not refundable.". 14 business day from August [redacted] 2015 is September [redacted] 2015. The clients refund was processed on September [redacted] 2015.
