condition of our site which clearly state that all sales are final. This customer is not willing to work with us even though we have offered to have his order corrected.

This is my official response to "Buy A Radiator" response to your agency.
I understand that Buy A radiator asserts that they offered to send me the correct radiator for my 1999 Buick Rivera however this is unequivocally false and I find it disturbing that a company of this size would lie and argue over a $53.00 dollar purchase?
This is what actually occurred:
once I discovered that the radiator that they sold ans send me did not fit my car I contacted them both by phone and e-mail. I was told to contact their support time for a mutual resolution. I was asked to take comparison pictures of the original and replacement radiator purchased from buy a radiator and I willingly complied.
Buy a radiator replied by saying that after reviewing the pictures I sent them that they DO NOT have the the proper fit radiator for my car and that I accountable to insure that I'm ordering the correct part.
I was absolutely floored by their benevolent response!
Here's a company that openly advertises that they stock and sale radiators for every make and model car when the reality is they do not and to make matters worse they will not replace or refund a consumers money if the part doesn't fit?
unbelievable and totally unacceptable!!
Since all of this occurred I was able to locate the correct radiator for my car at a local wrecking yard and I paid $78.00 because I could not afford to "WAIT" on this situation to be resolved.
At this point I want my money back...
My total cost was $88.00 including shipping.
