Buy-A-Ride

Bought a vehicle May 2013, when purchasing the vehicle I was told that the warranty had to be part of the purchase of the in order to be approved by finance company. The SUV was advertised at $55.00 a week. At time of signing was when the price changed to $72.00 weekly with the warranty. After picking up the vehicle I had to bring it back due to a oil leak, they fixed that. On the 5th week my car while driving suddenly died. I was far away from my home and had to have it towed to the dealership. After they looked at it they had said that "someone took the fuses out of my car" and was going to charge me 77.00 dollars to replace due to the fact that the warranty did not cover. After arguing with them about the fuses and that no one took the fuses out of the car, we were driving when the car stop dead. We left the dealership and was told never to bring the car back again. The warranty had a $100.00 deductible if brought to any other repair garage but if brought back there that there would not be a deductible. 1 week later the same thing happened, the car just simply died, had it towed to another garage, at that time they told me the wires inside the car, on the passenger side were a mess and anytime some(passenger) hit the side the wires would touch and blow the fuses. Again I called the dealer and said that electrical was not covered and I was on my own. At that point I wanted to cancell the warranty and fought with the dealer, got no where, called the warranty company and they said that they could not cancell the warranty because it was rolled into the loan.

Now my car is in need of repair again, the check engine light came on and the car was running rough, called the dealer ship on Wed., 10/4 they told me to bring it in Mon., morning. Took the day off of work so I could bring the car in, when I got there the mechanic told me no one told him and that he could not get to the car. I was upset considering I was told by [redacted] to bring the car in. The machic ended up taking the car, I explained the situation. Left the dealership, a hour later got a call from ** the mechanic saying [redacted] said they were not going to look at the car and to come pick it up. I was shocked and very upset. Turned around and went back to the dealership. Walked in and asked what was goin on and why they would not fix my car, "[redacted] told me that I had a bad additude" and was not going to fix it for that reason. I then pleaded with him and told him I was upset because I have gotten the constant run around from this dealership and I am trying to do the right thing and trying to rebuild my credit. After 10 minutes of this he decided to take the car and start over. a coupe of hrs later they called me to pick up the car. They told me the car was acting funny because there was no gas cap on the car. I explained that I, the day before left the gas cap at the gas station and the car has been doing this for at least 2 weeks. Again I asked that they please look at it and find out what the problem was. Left it over night, called today, 10/8 and they still have not even looked at it and no one seems to know anything.

So basically I am paying a additional $15.00 a week that I can not even use. There are several things that need repair on the vehicle that they will not address. I don't know how to resolve this issue and how I can cancell this warranty and be reinbused for the $15.00 a week since May 2013 that I have tried to use and the dealer just will not repair the car. I feel I should not have to go elsewhere to pay $100.00 deductable on a car that I purchased through them
