I totally disagree with all the statement this dealer has send if you go back and read her feedbacks on eBay you will see this is not the first time the situation has accuredand as far as her accusations of me sending her (not proper) email that's a [redacted] I have them all and can post them here She basically from the beginning said I was wrong and she doesn't give refunds since then she has done a and sent me a paid shipping label which she said she would never doI tried to be honest with her to repair the doll its going to cost over was very fair I just wanted the transaction done and her to realize she cannot treat buyers like that

In follow up to the conversation we had yesterday on the phone this case is in reference to an eBay transaction for a doll.  In the listing the doll was described as dirty and had close-ups pictures showing this.  Buyer still...

complained that the doll was not as described and demanded a $14 partial refund.  I politely told the buyer that I did not agree that  item was not as described and therefore would have to decline the partial refund but they could certainly return it if they wanted to.  The buyer got more and more belligerent about the refund but I continued to deny the partial refund and request the return.  The buyer then at one point filed a return request along with a message that they thought was going to eBay but instead came to me.  The email was full of inaccuracies and flat out lies.  Up to that point I had been nothing but professional with this buyer and even after this though I did call the buyer out for his behavior I have remained above the fray.  The buyer on the other hand has been sending me email upon email harassing me.  eBay policy does not require me to issue a partial refund upon demand by a buyer.  I only have to offer a return which I did.   All this harassment because I would not refund him $14 and instead said he would have to return the item.

I occasionally stop by the buy and sell outlet and purchase or sell items. The owner seemed like a fair guy. So I purchased a rechargeable tool only with no battery. He had batteries on the shelf that he said I could check it out. I tried the batteries were dead. He promised there was nothing wrong with the tool. And as I said I've dealt with him before and he seamed fair. So I took his word. Only to get home and find out that the tool ran but performance was poor. I took it Back the next day and took my charged battery and showed him the problems with it and the owner then said that he could nothing about it and then the owner proceeded to check other tools and seen what I was talking about that was wrong with mine. He than said to try it for a week and then if something dramatic happens to it come back. It's obvious that he didn't correct it the first time that he doesn't plan to correct this matter. I understand the tool is used. But it wasn't advertised as being damaged or ready to fly apart. All I wanted was a refund or store credit. Nor did they give me a receipt when I pats cash and was charged tax for it. Very bad for business. Do not recommend shopping here.

Review: He sold me a walter animated doll from Jeff Dunhams collection. It was totally described wrong I got a filthy dirty scratched gouged doll un sell-able. He the proceded to call me stupid and insunuated that I was thring to scam him. He also said I was a liar and bull[redacted]. I have never had any one dealer or in retail treat me this way. He refuse refund unless I pay return shipping which I am not responsible as per eBay rules (*if item is not properly described.)One of the worst eBay-er sellers I have ever dealt with in 30 years . Arrogant rude called me stupid and a shiester. Read his feedback's there is a pattern there even on his web page same story the agronomist man I ever met was one comment. stay away from this unstable person.[redacted] 8 months ago Your average pawn shop. Maybe I just stopped by on a bad day but don't go in expecting friendly service; [redacted] might be the grumpiest shop clerk in Washington (just read his comment here for proof)Desired Settlement: He wants me to pay return shipping I would be out 10 dollars at least on a 40 item therefore losing any profit when I try to resell it. In the condition its in It is unsalable in my opinion . He swears his listing description is perfect. Its far from it he claims doll is in good shape and clothes have some dirt on them and could be cleaned. Well no you can't clean them there sewed to doll. The head is a mess chipped scratched and gouge on head . They are barely visibly in his photos cloths f-
