Review: Hello! on ** july 2012 I order some cream from website buyelicina.com. I paid the order by credit card (60$) and the transaction was accepted. Even so, the products was not delivery to me not even until today. I try to contact them via email a few times starting august 2012 but I get an answer from them only once, when they told me the order is on the way. I really would like to help me and get back my money , more than that on their website at policy it is written that all the orders are insured: "All parcels are insured up to 100% of their retail value. If for some reason, you package is damaged, lost or stolen, we will re-ship your order immediately. Buy Elicina takes care of all paperwork pertinent to filing a claim against parcel insurance." Thank you very very much for your help, and please accept my English mistakes. Thank you again!Desired Settlement: They should provide me some information and check what happened with my order and give my money back.

Good afternoon.

I am writing to report the U.S. web site www.buyelicina.com, with which I recently had a bad experience.

In fact, on January **, 2014, after subscribing to that site (providing, of course, unfortunately, all of my personal data !) and having previously checked its "Web Reputation" using the appropriate sites ([redacted].), always resulted "Trusted" and never "Maliciuos", I ordered for my wife 1 pack of “Elicina” skin cream at a price of USD 26.00.

I wanted to make the payment through PayPal, which was shown among the accepted methods, but when I started the transaction only the credit card method resulted available and I then paid using this last (on January **). Right away I received by e-mail the order confirmation, after 9 days (on January **) I received an e-mail advising of the shipment and then I started to wait, knowing full well that, considering the days of travel and the slowness of customs procedures, I should have waited a minimum of 1 month to receive the product.

After 1 month and a half, in February (and even later in March), having not received the goods or any further news of the shipment or delivery, I sent some inquiries to the customer care, filling in the form in the "Contact us" section of the site, but never got any response, not even negative, what looked rather strange to me for an operational web business such as that appeared to be.

In the meantime, for a "curious coincidence", on February 5 my credit card was also used for some unauthorized purchases in France, but fortunately, thanks to the SMS received from my bank, I was able to act promptly, blocking the cloned card and avoiding other cyber thefts.

I do not have of course any real evidence, other than circumstantial, that such theft is connected to the previous use of the card in the web site and that the same site is involved in the scam, but adding to it the strange issue of the PayPal payment, advertised but not actually allowed, which obliged me to provide my credit card details, the lack of any customer service (proved by the lack of any feedback or contact after my reminders), and finally the non-receipt of the goods paid for, I believe that this site cannot be considered reliable or safe any longer.

These are the facts. I know from the Internet that I am not the only one unfortunate having such experience with the web site www.buyelicina.com. And if I addressed to you firstly for a personal interest, since I would obviously wish to get some help in getting my money back, at the same time, with the hope that similar situations may be prevented in the future, I trust that you will start an investigation on the site and on its [redacted], which will hopefully led to its shut-down or at least to its inclusion in a public “Black-Lists".

Review: I bought 2 Elicina Jars from Buyelicina.com and they said it will take 7 to 10 days for shipment. I order March **2014 they sent me an email saying it was shipped but they will not provide me with tracking info I called and left messages and I also sent emails and no one has email me back. I attempted several times but nothing else I can do.Desired Settlement: I want them to provide me with tracking info and proof of shipment if not I will like a refund. Why advertise and sell and then not provide with tracking.
