We showing a return authorization number was authorized for this customer on August 11th RMA# [redacted] ).Note: We have a email from the customer from 10/3/inquiring about their refundOur customer care specialist emailed the customer back asking for tracking information indicating the items were returned back to our locationWe did not hear back from the customer regarding the tracking number? We ware more than happy to process the refund if the items were returned back into our locationPer our policy, we need to obtain the tracking number to confirm the items were delivered back to the correct warehouse locationIf the customer can provide the needed tracking number, we can process the refund at once.? The order was placed under [redacted] and there is no phone number attached to this order for our customer care specialist to reach the customer.? Attached Documents:1.) A screen shot of the RMA authorization from August 11th (customer was authorized for a return)2.) Email from our customer care specialist asking for tracking.?
