Buy Me Auto Sales LLC

I was in the office talking with the owners about purchasing a car off their lot. While inside, once of their employees hit my car with one of the dealership vehicles. He immediately said they would cover all the damages and had me take my car next door to the collision center they use/recommend. The next day they completely changed, and said they now refuse to pay for anything. I asked for their insurance info so I could file a claim and they refused. I asked for them to fix this and to do the right thing, the owner Victor simply said no. I have no idea what to do, they caused 3100 dollar in damage and refuse to do anything. This company is a scam business and a joke.
