I took my phone in mid February to get my battery changed because they had a sale on replacing batteries on [redacted]. The lady who helped me out stated that my receipt will be emailed to me.
After 3 weeks I noticed that my phone has been turning off on its own. Since BuyNcell stated that they have a 3 month warranty on their work, I took my phone back there because they were the last ones to open it.
Once I got there, they couldn't find my name in their system. Then they stated that the girl who helped me out in February had left their company (how convenient). After arguing with them, I left my phone there so they can run a diagnosis. I later checked my online bank to track the date I visited BuyNcell in February. I printed out my evidence and took it back. Apparenlty they spelt my name incorrectly. I just picked up my phone and they fixed it all up for free (as it should be) but stated that I should use their services to restore my phone for $45.00. They said that their way to restore the phone will be better. How can you restore an [redacted] without using [redacted] Knowing they couldn't fix my phone for a price, they try something else. I highly recommend anyone reading this to NOT visit their shops. Useless customer service.
