I ordered a couple of dust covers. I wish I could review the products, but I never received them thanks to USPS. Of course, as everytime I had to deal with USPS, I never recovered the package. New customers, please be aware of shipping problems. Take home message: I payed for a product I never received.

The sales department called me yesterday and said that they have sent out my item and gave me a tracking number, so at least they finally did respond to my request but I guess it took my filing a complaint in order for them to do so I still can not recommend this company nor will I
ever order from them again

Review: I ordered a skin (cover) for a computer keyboard. It did not fit correctly. I contacted customer service. They sent another skin that was identical to the first. I would like to return both for a refund. Repeated attempts to call the customer service number have failed, although I have left messages. I have e-mailed repeatedly without a response.Desired Settlement: I want to return the two skins that are unusable and receive a credit on my credit card.

Review: I send you this information with concerns about my order from PC Supplies.I had tried to call the toll free number listed on PC Supplies web page butconstantly shows engaged as I wanted to find out about my order, from this company. I have saved the statements that I received from PC Supply but am unable to attach to this document. My main concern is that I have had one order cancelled & the second is cancelled yet showing transaction processing pending,& P&H to be determined & without a fixed price. On my statements the amount is for $44:95 yet shows amount of $74:88 1) Why the difference in price? & 2)What is happening with my order? At 02:30 Sydney Australia time early Saturday morning the 7/12/13 I spoke with a representative from your company who asked me to forward my complaint to you in writing for further investigation. I have also sent various messages to PC Supplies via there web page to have an explanation to these concerns without a response from them.Please contact me via email to [redacted] with out come to my complaint or if you require any other information.If I need to cancel my order & find a new supplier to order my keyboard but not get charged without having my goods from pc suppliersDesired Settlement: I would like to know the exact cost of my order with PC Supplies & have the goods I ordered delivered. if not I don't want to be charged & if a charge has been made I want it refunded back to me.

I am rejecting this response because: I have never received the emails that PC supply claim to have sent me, also I would not order the same product the second time knowing that a company was no longer operating. My first order was in pending mode for 5 days & the second transaction pending for 8 days, I had even contacted my bank as I was concerned about my credit card details & when I first placed my order I filled out on their web page if you have a problem please type here & we will respond to you shortly. Nothing happened. The reason I typed for them to send me an email regarding my order was it showed cancelled yet also showing pending. I suggest that if a company is no longer trading they take / remove their contact details from the internet. so people don't get confused & wait for orders that will never arrive.

Review: On October 13, 2014 I placed an order for a custom dust cover for my guitar amplifier, I was charged the amount of $33.90 on October 24, 2014 from my checking account. I have tried 3 times with email request to get more information about my order, i.e. tracking number or order statues, with no reply, I have also tried several times to reach them by phone and never being able to reach anyone, the voice recording message always says "all customer service agents or busy at this time". This is totally unacceptable customer service for a customer who has been charged for the item but not being able to obtain any kind of response. I feel that I have been ripped off and cheated by this company and I will never use them again and I will continue to seek other avenues to obtain a full refund, if that is even possible. This company is a Joke and a ripoff as far as I am concerned.Desired Settlement: Credit back to my checking account!
