I bought a BMW from this man in June it's dec now and still can't title it, he refuses to get me a clear title or trade car or anything I bought this car in June and it's now December and the title has three different signatures on the back and I can't get it titled and tagged I've been to his car lot several times and he will not help and now hangs up on me when I call He has been so nasty to me I was told by another used car lot owner that he was supposed to title the car before he sold it or that the taxes for the title should have been included in my 4500$ I paid him Now I can't title the car, sell the car or anything He is so rude and totally disrespectful and has ripped a year old lady off I have no car I can even drive

I purchased a Dodge Charger from this business a little over a month ago and I was given what was suppose to be a month 3,mile warrantyWent to go get the vehicle registered after receiving the Title for the car and the car will not pass State required emissions testingI have taken the car back to the dealer multiple times trying to get them to fix the problem so that the car will pass emissions and they have blown me off multiple times over the past weeksFinally got in touch with the owner of the dealership today and now he is claiming that he never said they were going to fix the problemNow he is claiming that he knew the car had problems when he sold it to me knowing that I reside in an area where emissions testing is required and guaranteed me when I bought the car that it would pass emissions and that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle

Had these guys put a window motor in a car for me, they broke the mirror buttons, totally destroyed the door panel, put a screw up through the arm restWhen it was all done they said the car was old and it fell apart and IT WAS NOT THERE PROBLEM! Hung up on me on the phone & when I went to there office the owner *** cussed me out and threaten me off there lot
