Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Both myself and my husband have made many phone calls and left numerous voice messages and text messages to the owner, [redacted] , of Buy Right Auto Sales in which she does not respond back She has been made aware that the agreement was that original license plate was to be returned to me with registration for it Instead, I received a new license plate I finally, after over about weeks, received the original license plate but no registration or sticker for it I called the car dealership and made [redacted] , [redacted] 's secretary, aware of this situation She stated that I can go to a DMV and take care of it myself, which was told to my via voice mail Also, the DVD entertainment system is still not working This was to be fixed as in written agreement I took 3/of a day off of work to take the vehicle to [redacted] in which [redacted] told me she had already paid to take care of this They told me at the audio shop that it was working when they had seen it before I bought it It was not working even before I purchased the vehicle Now I am waiting, again, for someone to take responsibility to repair the DVD system as it should have been working prior to even purchasing the vehicle [redacted] avoids every phone call and text message we leave her and is very rude when I have happened to talk to her in the past at the auto dealership, not abiding by what she has promised verbally and in writing Regards, [redacted]

I would like to warn others of my experience This establishment gives the impression that they are here for your best interest and will do anything to please youHowever, once they sell you on a vehicle, they pretty much will do anything to dismiss youSure they will help yous as long as an issue irises within the day warranty but then they will ignore your calls, messages, and hide from youThe vehicle I purchased broke down the first day and then they rectify it after them having it for a few weeksThen it broke down other times and guess what? It was no longer their issue because it was outside the day warrantyI had to sell this vehicle for half the price I purchased it because as they stated and I signed a form indicating "No refunds, buy as is." This company is crooked as they come, don't be fooledCustomer service is not in their vocabulary

Customer *** *** purchased a Bmw 335I, Vin: ***, from us, Buy Right Auto Sales, LLC, on February 11, and took possession of the vehicle on the same day The Vehicle was inspected prior to selling it On February 14, Ms*** signed the contract for
purchase of the vehicle and we offered her extended warranty for her to purchase from us and she declined the warranty and signed the waiver We explained to her these are used vehicles with only day mile warranty at time of purchase as stated in the Arizona Statues A.R.S44- On April 14th Ms*** phoned the office and spoke to the General Manager, Juanita V***, to have her vehicle towed in to see the mechanic hereThe vehicle was towed on that day and the mechanic inspected it the next day following and found it had a blown head gasket A quote was given to her by *** *** for $to have it fixedMs***'s mother came in on April 22nd I offered to give her a discount and dropped the price to $She said she would have the vehicle towed to her own mechanic because her mechanic told her it was only a water pump issue, which was replaced in January by *** *** ***, so the customer later had the vehicle picked up that day Ms*** phoned later upset and stated we sold her a bad car I explained to her again the vehicle is a used vehicle and if it was bad it would have had a problem at the beginning of when she took the vehicleThere is no way a vehicle with a bad head gasket would run for almost (two) monthsWe do not know what kind of stress was put on the vehicle while driving it in the time the customer had itWe are not responsible for any part of the customer's claim. The owner, Mr V*** knows that cars should not break down with a engine (head gasket) problem when it is driven less than miles This only is the result of selling unsafe, dangerous and potential hazardous vehicles Whether the warranty was purchased or not engines do not blow out after such a short period unless there were deferred maintenance and unscrupulous business tactics to dupe me into buying this car Gilbert V*** claims the water pump was changed in December and its already bad, and needed replacing along with the blown head gasket Buy rights mechanic diagnosed These problems are huge in comparison to the price of the car They take no ownership of theirs inactions to properly maintain or fix potential issues before selling shotty vehicles to good peopleessentialially endangering customers These business practices are notorious by Mr V*** There's no accountability and dealers like these will be showcased for the public to be safe and not taken by these unethical and dishonest sorts of dealerships

I just purchased my 2nd vehicle with Buy Right. My first one was totaled last month. When everyone else told me no, Buy Right not only said yes, but I had options from some very good used cars. Veronica is the Owner and she was very knowledgeable and her connections with the financing companies are PHENOMENAL! I never felt uncomfortable during either visit. I didn't have any issues with the first car or my current car. The staff is very supportive and they do not have that weird "Car Salesman" persona. I pray that I do not lose my current baby to another accident but I am definitely a forever customer. I highly recommend this company.

sorry for the late response I got your email but the problem it was that it was difficult to reply and did not understood how too. Now i'm replying you direct email. We offered Ms. [redacted] a discount in good faith and she declined also we do not know how the vehicle was driven while in her possession in the two months, it is a high performance vehicle.
