Was referred to BuyRite Appliances by LG customer service to replace a cracked/torn seal on my refrigerator door Was charged $for a service call to be told that I needed a new seal (which I already knew) and that they had to order parts I had already supplied information on what was needed, make, model, serial #, etc After almost a month they come to replace the part and charge another $in CASH They didn't want to accept a check or a credit card I feel that $is a bit excessive for a door seal and that insisting on cash is unreasonable
Was referred to BuyRite Appliances by LG customer service to replace a cracked/torn seal on my refrigerator door. Was charged $99 for a service call to be told that I needed a new seal (which I already knew) and that they had to order parts. I had already supplied information on what was needed, make, model, serial #, etc. After almost a month they come to replace the part and charge another $325 in CASH. They didn't want to accept a check or a credit card. I feel that $424 is a bit excessive for a door seal and that insisting on cash is unreasonable.
Samsung goes through these people and uses them mainly for.in warranty repair. They came out to fix our ice maker portion of our refrigerator. Guy charged us $115.00 to clean the ice maker. Then said that he needed to order another part. Called back the next day, wanted $300.00 to install said part. We declined and found the part online for $89.00 . please review them
