I am rejecting this response because: this statement is false by the responder. I asked to speak with the owner and was told he wouldn’t be in town for a few weeks. When asking about my 2008 Yukon and it’s value as well as the Altima, I was told they put in a couple thousand dollars worth of work onto my Yukon so the value would of course be different than the Altima . I asked what had been done and caught the gentleman lying about prices and problems, so I reminded him what he had just stated two minutes prior, in which he immediately changed his story. The company can’t keep to one story and truly hands out lemons to customers and since there are NO regulations on used vehicles, these folks are allowed to be thieves. Before the gentleman hung up on me, I had asked for his lawyer’s number, he spouted off it was none of my damn business and hung up on me. There was no call from the owner or their lawyer. This is a masking to fraudulent activity in the state of Minnesota.

A Guy came in named [redacted] wanting to trade in a 08 GMC Yukon XL cause he said he didn't need that size of vehicle and wanted something better on gas so he drove a 2011 Dodge Avenger and didnt like that vehicle so next he drove a 2012 Nissan Altima that he said he liked and ended up buying it...

so we did a trade for his GMC Yukon and we gave him $500 dollars back and have have a purchase agreement that he was satisfied with and signed so we completed the deal on 1-18-18, [redacted] was not there at the time of the purchase. If there were any problems with the vehicle they never called us about them, [redacted] was the one that called the first time and he didn't say anything was wrong with the vehicle, [redacted] just told us that he needed a bigger vehicle again so wanted his GMC Yukon back and we told him that we don't just take a vehicle in on trade just to trade back. Then [redacted] called a couple days later it was the first time I talked to her and she started calling names right away and complained about the nissan altima, they never asked us if we could take a look at it or fix whatever the problem was.
