Mr [redacted] contacted our office 02/06/2018 stating that his buyer's tag was going to expire...................the office manager explained to him, he was welcome to come by the office & we would take care of it...................as his tone of voice & language escalated, my office...

manager was instructed by me to hang up the phone......If he incurred any expenses getting another buyer's tag, that was totally up to him...................instead of arguing, all he had to do was simply come by the office for another buyer's tag as instructed by the dealership................thank you
