Review: Hello,
I purchased an [redacted] iPad 4 for $252.99 on June 6, 2015 from [redacted]. The seller on [redacted] is Buy Rite Technology. I paid with my [redacted] account via my checking account. I received the product but it was damaged, which was not disclosed by the seller. Most of all, it did not function properly. I emailed the seller and exchanged several emails to troubleshoot but the iPad still did not function. Therefore, I returned it to the seller expecting a full refund, as is stated in the sale. I used the enclosed pre-paid shipping label and dropped it off at a [redacted] to ship back to the seller.
I waited 5-7 days and emailed the seller to confirm the returned shipment and refund. However, the seller did not look for my returned package and refused to issue me a refund. I tried to email the seller multiple times after that and received no response.
I tried to work with [redacted] for this issue but they told me to contact the seller. Then I filed a claim with [redacted] and they wanted me to contact the seller and was not able to assist me. Obviously, I was not receiving a response from the seller anymore. Trying to settle with the seller, [redacted], and [redacted] took more than four months between July and October 2015.

Review: I bought 6 iPhones from [redacted] (owner of Buy Rite) and all 6 phones were faulty , 5 didn't power on and 1 had a cracked screen. I sent them back and postal service shows delivered and he won't refund my money stating he didn't receive them. Although he refunded the cracked screen and says it was a separate return, when in fact all 6 phones were sent together. My fiancé spoke with [redacted] and he said he knew a mistake was made and said he would resolve this and never did. I have looked him and this company up and he has thousands of unhappy customers. Please help me get our money back. this is wrong.Desired Settlement: I will accept a refund or working replacements.
