Review: The [redacted] #[redacted] bought and paid for a claw machine from Buy Rite in April , we never received this machine after several efforts to contact Buy Rite and being told the machine was being shipped. Then in August I contacted the owner over the phone and he agreed to refund our money , so he wrote us two checks one for $2000 and one for the remaining balance. The check for $2000 bounced and we have called Buy Rite several times since about the bounced check and he keeps telling us a check is in the mail and the date has passed a week ago and no check or email from Buy Rite.We have turned the check over to the local Prosecuting Attorney and now we have no claw machine and are out $2000 plus bad check fees . Any help you can give us concerning this matter would be greatly appreciated , Thank YouDesired Settlement: $2000 and bad check fees $50

This company has not paid us , I just checked with Franklin County and they have received anything from this company , are you going to allow this company to steal from other people? I DO NOT want this complaint CLOSED , he should not be allowed to do business on the internet or any where . Review: In an effort to order an early Christmas gift for my son, I placed an order through Buy Rite Vending in mid October for a Gum Ball machine and stand. The first week of November, I still had not received the merchandise. I then called Buy Rite and spoke to a gentleman named [redacted], who assured me I would receive the package in 7-10 days, which I did. However, it was just the Gum Ball machine with no stand. This began a series of phone calls (still on-going) with Buy Rite ([redacted]) trying to either receive my remaining merchandise, or simply a refund. The few times I was able to actually speak to [redacted], I was promised the stand had been shipped. It is now January [redacted], and I have not received the remaining merchandise, nor has my credit card been credited for the amount. In my last three efforts to call, I simply get a machine in which I have left messages that have gone unanswered. My husband, an attorney, even left a message that has gotten no response.Desired Settlement: I would like either my merchandise or a full refund within seven business days.

Review: In July, 2013 I contacted [redacted] at Buy Rite Vending Company in New York to purchase two vending machines (a beverage and snack machine). We arrived at an agreed upon price (more than $8,000) and the funds were wired to Buy Rite Vending Company. Delivery was promised prior to August **, 2013 of the two machines. After August **, 2013 I contacted [redacted] at Buy Rite and was told by [redacted] that they were having delivery issues. He assured me the delivery would be forthcoming. In early September, the machines had still not arrived. I contacted [redacted] of Buy Rite many more times.
In early October, [redacted] informed me that he couldn't fill the order and would be refunding the money. I have called every week for three weeks and still have not received the refund. As of October **, 2013 the funds have still not been refunded.Desired Settlement: The money needs to be refunded immediately and lost revenues for two months also refunded (approximately $2,000 per month). A settlement was agreed to by [redacted] in email correspondence as a result of Buy Rite's inability to deliver in a timely fashion.
