Review: I placed an order for an air conditioner at [redacted] on June *, 2013. After placing the order I was informed the order was being filled by Buy & Save Appliances and the item would be shipped on June [redacted] or [redacted] for an estimated delivery between June * - [redacted]. Based on this information I, canceled the order with Amazon. After I canceled the order on June [redacted], Buy & Save immediately - within 1 hour no less! - delivered the item in what appeared to be an effort to save their sale by accelerating the transaction. I was not told of the revised shipping schedule and therefore was not home receive the delivery. Had I known that the delivery could have been made almost instantaneously on June [redacted], I would not have canceled the order and made other arrangements. After registering a complaint with Amazon and American Express I have received a partial refund. I suspect that the difference of $126.48 is a restocking fee and a portion of the shipping. However, I acted in good faith on the information I was given, and I am therefore unwilling to accept responsibility for any portion of the cost of the item or shipping. I am requesting a refund the additional $126.48 to my account.Desired Settlement: $126.48

Hi [redacted],
This is to reply on the case ID # [redacted] According to amazon's policy (which the customer agree to when purchasing) if you cancel an order or return it, you are not getting refunded the shipping charge and you may be charged a restocking fee from up to %20 So on this case the item was already on the truck for delivery at the time the customer asked to cancel the order so we informed her that we will charge her a restocking fee and the shipping charge is not refundable We offered the customer to have it redelivered at no extra cost but she didn't accept it the customer can not blame us for the date she where given online because it does say clear that this is an 'Estimated' date and the actual date may vary and every one is trying to send the earliest possible
I have copied a little bit from the conversation with the customer:
