Buy Sell Fix Iphone

Review: This is not only a product issue but it is a customer service, repair, sales and service issue. I recently sold my old iPhones to this business in order to fix my iphone 5. I still ended up paying at least $60. When my screen was being replaced I asked if it was the official aftermarket replacement screen I was told it was but it was not. It was a fake screen & shorted out the motherboard of my phone. Now it is unrepairable. I called them to ask about this & was hung up on & told to call the store. When this is the number I have always called on. When I asked for the store number I was hung up on. This is not right & I hope other people do not have to go through this. I paid to fix my phone & because of them it is now damaged beyond repair. I know the screen is not the official aftermarket screen because it is not the right brand.Desired Settlement: I would like for the [redacted] to talk to me about this issue instead of being hung up on or yelled at when I call to resolve the issue. I'm not expecting the best customer service but I would like some because I am not receiving any at all. I would also like a replacement phone.
