light came back on, we were willing to repair it again, but she returned the vehicle. [redacted] has never herd the word no, everything she asked, she received. We do not operate a criminal operation, we have been in business for over 15 years. the experience she had with us is the used car business, we have to make repairs to many cars, that does not make us a criminal. But no where in her complaint do you see her being denied service. this is no excuse, but the vehicle has 144k miles. We resolved the issue, I am buying the vehicle back from the bank, she is no longer obligated to make any payments to the bank, and she will not have a repo on her file.

Review: I have recently financed are car from Buy Smart Motors through Liberal Finance Company on 10/10/15. Between then and now I have taken the car back four or five times to get maintenance repairs promised to me through the dealership's 30 day warantee of which services have not been rendered. The check enginge light still remains on even after serveral attempts to have this issue repaired by the dealership. I even had to get my car towed at my own expense because it shut off on me as I was driving (the alternator had expired within these 30 days). He has not fixed the problem up to date and also I was unable to get the car inspected because he has not provided me with the proper documentation (i.e. tags and permanent registration cards) to do so. I was also advised by the inspection supervisor that the car wouldn't pass inspection because of the check engine light and other warning lights regarding the brake system were engaged as well. I have communicated all my concerns with both the dealership and finance company up to this point and still remain highly disappointed and dissatisfied. I have requested a full refund from Buy Smart Buy Motors and returned the vehicle. His business practices are very poor/criminal and are very well known to be so. He has a history of selling lemons and financing them at unbelievable rates. I am willing to provide all documentation to support my complaint. Please assist me in resolving this matter.Desired Settlement: I am requesting that my contract with Buy Smart Motors be terminated effective immediately and a full refund of all of my moneys and property be returned to me.

I had the worst experience at Buy Smart Motors In Trenton NJ . I would never recommend this place of business to any one. They sale cars that have existing problems and when it's time for them to fix the problems it never happens.
