The additional charge on this customers order was for the standard required shipping services because it required a two man trucking servicethe units are Nationally Back ordered and took a little longer in getting the units, This customer in particular is a reseller and is looking to exploit
any error in hopes of getting monetary compensation, we have agreed to his refund to close this matterAlthough unjust we have satisfied the customer

calls that went without a return.  This was a horrible experience as a customer, and future customers of their website should be aware of what they're getting into.

The customer signed off on the products at the time of delivery and we have an additional 72 hours from when the products are received to report any physical damage.
Customer then transported the item by himself and stored the products for over two months (...

How do we know it was not damaged by the customer himself??)
 
I am sorry I would love to assist but this is way outside the period and we have no options at this point.

There was no reason to file a complaint with the Revdex.com, just another example of today"s generation. Anytime anything goes wrong lets all press the panic button.
The H6300 and 6350 are the same model made for...

different retailers (Best Buy, Sears, Walmart, Etc..)
This TV will be picked up and refunded in full.

We do not agree with that. Also, we are not a reseller as they claim. We appreciate the refund though would have appreciated some sort of notification that our order was stolen much more. That's something you tell customers. We paid $400+ in shipping for "White Glove Delivery" which claimed to take 5-7 days + unpacking of the items (see Buy Squad's website). When you hear nothing for 10+ business days, that's a problem. A simple email could have solved all of this.

We are in the midst of having the TV swapped out for the customer at no charge,

I want to reopen the case the merchant was supposed to refund my money and schedule a pick up of the TV and has yet to do either. Please re-open the case and if you reach out to buy squad please ask them to hurry it up.
