We have spoken to [redacted] , and are having the unit picked up and refunded There was no reason to file a complaint with the Revdex.com, just another example of today"s generationAnytime anything goes wrong lets all press the panic button The Hand are the same model made for different retailers (Best Buy, Sears, Walmart, Etc..) This TV will be picked up and refunded in full

We are in the midst of having the TV swapped out for the customer at no charge,

We have agreed to set up service for the customer at no cost and will have this unit repaired or replaced at no cost to them.Thanks***

I want to reopen the case the merchant was supposed to refund my money and schedule a pick up of the TV and has yet to do eitherPlease re-open the case and if you reach out to buy squad please ask them to hurry it up
