We bought [58] 8 foot sections of NewYork Style privacy fence over a period of four months to enclose our swimming pool and privatize a section of our .56 acre property. We are completely pleased with the results.
FOR BEST RESULTS:
*Communicate with the same salesman, our salesman was named "Carl".
*Call at the beginning of the week when salesman & supervisors are available. The shippers answer the phone later in the week, they do shipments not sales.
* Be at the truck & inspect purchase at time of delivery. Our second to last shipment was poor damaged quality, with proof from our end, buyvinylfence replaced the bad shipment.
* Panel width: We prefer the wider width panels to the narrower panels. Both worked fine, we just liked the wider ones.

Review: I ordered a fence online from this company on 3-**-14 and my credit card was charged on 3-**-14 for $4678.09, the total cost of my order. Since then I have called multiple times every day trying to speak with someone about my order. For about a week I would get someone to pick up once out of every ten or so calls and when an actual person did pick up no one was available who could help me. I spoke with an actual sales person the morning of 3-**-14 who seemed like he might be able to help me. He took my info and said he would get back with me "soon". After not hearing anything all day I called back in the afternoon and was told that the person who was helping me "had just stepped out" and he would call me back. On 3-**-14 the company charged my credit card for a second time for my full purchase price of $4678.09. I only found out because my credit card's fraud prevention service caught it and called to ask me about the second charge. I immediately called to attempt to get a hold of a manger to solve the issue, after being placed on hold for 20 minutes I hung up and called back. After another 20 minutes of holding I hung up and called back again. I informed the person that this was the last time I was going to call and was ready to file my complaint with the Revdex.com if I wasn't able to speak to a manager, but I would very much like to settle this without having to go through all of that trouble. After being on hold for another 20 minutes I gave up and here I am.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $9356.18 and to warn others to stay away from this company. Perhaps the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

My entire fence order has taken 2 months to get and it is still not correct. They are rude and incompetent and have lied to us many times over the past two months.

Review: This is the WORST company that I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. My husband and I decided that we wanted to put up a 6 foot tall white vinyl fence around our backyard and called Boundary fence to get a quote and time-line of when we could get our fence delivered. The price was reasonable and the told me that I would have all 16 sections of fencing (plus accessories) delivered to my house within 2 weeks. I was satisfied with that and ordered over $2000 worth of materials from them and paid and extra $150 to have the parts delivered and unloaded at my house. Fast forward over a month and several phone calls later and the fence STILL hadn't been delivered. Finally 5 weeks later I was told that my fence would be delivered the following day and that I DID not need to even be home because they would deliver the fence on my driveway for me (as part of my delivery fee). I told them that would work and I anxiously waited for the fence. The following day a man showed up to my front door and told me husband that the fence was here and on the truck for my husband to unload. Now, mind you, my husband is NOT a delivery driver and that is preciously why we paid the extra $150 to have someone load, deliver, and unload our fence for us. We did not pay for my husband to have to unload 16 sections of HEAVY fencing essentially by himself. The delivery driver did not come equipped with so much as gloves or a dolly for my husband to use. My husband's arms and chest got so heavily beat up by having to unload all of the fencing that it looked like he got in a fight with Mike Tyson. I made a note of ALL of this on my "checkout" receipt as well as told the delivery driver how horrible it was that his company would not provide 2 men or at least a dolly or forklift to help my husband move. As a contractor, it was completely out of his control (which I understand) but he encouraged me to call the company first thing in the morning on Monday to rectify that situation (as well as the fact that 3 of my fencing pieces had come chipped). Well, first thing Monday morning, I called the [redacted] office (that was were the delivery came from even though I placed the order in the NY office) and the man who answered told me that a manager would call me back within the next hour. When that hour came and went, I called again and demanded to speak to the manager. The manager got on the phone and listened to exactly what happened regarding the delivery and the broken fencing and he told me that there was absolutely nothing he would do to rectify the situation. That's right, I paid over $2000 to this HORRIBLE company and the manager told me there was NOTHING he would do even though his company sent over broken fencing and expected my family to unload the fencing (after having the pleasure of paying an extra $150 for them to do so). I have since put a call in to the NY boundary fence and was told that a manager would be calling me, but after all of the headache that this company has given me, I am not holding my breath. I would like them to fully reimburse the delivery fee of $150 since they did not provide me with the services that we had agreed upon for that $150.Desired Settlement: Reimbursement for delivery fees of $150.

Review: I purchase some fencing from [redacted] on 01/**/2014 at 8:42pm and never receive my merchandise. Made numerous calls and several visits to the [redacted] Office but keep getting the run around. Purchase was made over two months now and payment taken from my credit card and still cannot receive what I pay for. On my initial calls to ###-###-#### ([redacted] Office #) and visit to [redacted] Office was told they are out of stock because they are unable to truck products from the factory which is located in upstate New York because of too much snow. They asked if I can hold on for two weeks which I agree to, after calling back after two weeks was to merchandise did not arrive yet. On 3/*/14 call again, spoke to a person by the name of [redacted] who took my phone number and said he will get back to me but never did. On 3/*/14 I went back to [redacted] Office and spoke to [redacted], told him about the numerous calls and visit and he told me the same thing it is because of the snow they are unable to truck the merchandise. [redacted] asked for me to call or check back in two weeks. On 3/**/14 I call the same number I was calling all the time which is ###-###-#### and receive a ring no answer. I call the other number they had on the website ###-###-#### a guy answer and said this is not buyvinylfence.com they bought the number over from them. On the same day (3/**/14) I went back to the website and found the number and address changed. The number on the website now is ###-###-####, I call that number and spoke to [redacted] who told me I need to go back to the [redacted] office and speak with that office. On 3/**/14 I call back the number on the website (buyvinylfence.com)(###-###-####)and spoke to a guy who said his name is [redacted] told me they are not associate with that anymore, they are under new management and I need to go back to [redacted] Office. I told [redacted] I bought from buyvinylfence.com, if they change management or phone number that not my problem.Buyvinylfence took my monDesired Settlement: I pay for my merchandise and I should receive what I pay for. Its over two months now and I have not receive anything.
