We appreciate the Revdex.com process and take all customer issues seriously. We are a family run business and like anyone, we are not perfect and mistakes can happen, and we know how frustrating they can be which is why we will always continue to work hard to make things right and not stop until the issue has been successfully resolved. This reported issue has been settled to the customer’s satisfaction, they have received the product they ordered and have only been charged for the product they ordered and nothing more.

Review: I specifically emailed and asked about one of their products and the sales person gave incorrect information about it that lead to my purchase.

This lead to the purchase as we needed a square punch binding machine for our planner business. When the item arrived, we were extremely upset that it in fact punched narrow rectangular holes. We contacted the company immediately and we were told we could return it. I followed up asking for a return label which they refused to provide even though they misrepresented their product. I called 4 times and on the 5th I finally was connected to someone who was very rude. I then received an email from [redacted] without the return label issue resolved. It's some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. After reading their return policy in length, not only are they costing us an addition $75 to return the item, but a 20% restocking fee, another $80. Their practices of lying about products and then charging the customer more to try to return it are fraudulent.Desired Settlement: A complete refund, a return shipping label and waived restocking fee.
