1/28/20 I pulled into this gas station to have my 2016 diesel truck filled with diesel. Along with a diesel yellow can. The cap to my truck is bright Green. Saying diesel.While I was getting the diesel can out of the bed of my truck I looked up and saw black handle in my truck. The attendant was putting gasoline into my diese truck. I immediately removed the handle. The attendant said whats ya doin man. I said your putting gasoline into my diesel truck. His response wow man its a Monday. He told us along with the manager on duty that two gallons would not hurt my truck. We drove home about 1/2 mile, called diesel mechanics 3 different ones. All said have the truck towed, do not drive. after a very long day of trying to get a hold of a manager who could authorize this tow. Finally at 6:30pm the truck was towed to Brads Chevrolet in CG. We were asked to use our insurance and they would pay our deductible. I said NO. We had to pay up front to Brads. Now we cannot get paid back from this company. Were told two days. would be refunded. Its been two weeks. and they are gaffing us off. I am very upset. Was told by numerous people this same issue has happened to at least 6 more in last 2 months. Something needs to be done. They owe me $651.11, I stressed to them that I can not afford this our of pocket $, for there mistake. I am getting nowhere with them, they are from India and do not listen or care about this or us. Just gaffing us off. Please help in any way you can. I will have to start small claims, I gave them til Friday for my refund. Still no answer. People like this do not deserve to have a business.
The gas station was in contact with me today. Sent a check for 551.39, short all our out of pocket fuel costs. Told me the gas attendant said we said to put regular gas in our diesel truck with a bright green cap and they refuse to pay for the diesel. Can you help with this? $99.72 is what they still owe us. This is just not moral. I can not believe people would be so unkind. I am attaching a copy of the repair bill from Brads Chevrolet and the diesel cost to fill our tank back up. It was full when Brads had to drain the tank. I expected this gas station to replace what we lost nothing more. The copies from Brads will be in two more emails. For I do not know how to get you a copy other than this way.

We have quickly and diligently worked to resolve this matter; we have also subsequently closed this matter as well. We have taken this situation seriously and refunded all invoices that were submitted to TMI and approved for repayment. Like with all repayments for Misfuels, we had the customer (Mr.) sign a Release of Claims before accepting the check willingly, as he is not forced to accept the payment. The Release of Claims can be requested if needed, as it was signed and dated by *** and a witness. We have closed this matter as the Release of Claims was signed for and this Misfuel has been completed with repayment.
