Review: I returned an item I purchased from them, and never received a refund. Now I cannot contact anyone and the website and phone number no longer exists.Desired Settlement: At this point I just want the refund for the amount I paid without a restocking fee.

Review: I ordered an item Online and returned the item purchased. They contacted me through email and once over the phone to process the refund, which took over 2 months to deal with. Over email someone who worked there mentioned that a refund was to be processed the next day, yet I have since then not received any refund told to me.
Also, now that I try to contact them, there website isn't working and I can't reach them over the phone, the line disconnects.Desired Settlement: I would simply like to be refund the amount I paid.
Review: I ordered a VLPKIT-36 on line as soon as I finished the order I realized I should have ordered a VLPKIT-48. I immediately tried to call the company to try and change the order. There was no one there to answer the phone. I just received a message that no messages can be left on the machine. I left several messages with customer support in email form , but still no answer. The invoice # is [redacted].
I also went buy there business address that is listed. There is no business there, just a UPS post office store.Desired Settlement: I will return the part I cant use and would like a refund on my credit card.
Review: We had purchased several items for our new office, we made 2 separate returns and only received credit for one. It took them over 2 months to refund the first return after they claim they lost the paperwork for over a month. The second return was around the same time, I received an email confirming the refund about a month ago and now no one answers the phone and their website is down. They do not respond to their emails and they don't call back.Desired Settlement: I would like the refund of the product we returned to them 3 months ago.
