the transaction was finished the individual asked for a discount as it was a large purchase for himOur sales associate explained that we are unable to give discounts on products but that we did have a wholesale purchasing account (WPA) programThe WPA membership has a $annual membership fee and a $processing feeOnce the individual has been verified their wholesale purchasing account becomes active, allowing them discounts on every product that we have in stock
The individual agreed that the WPA would work for him and paid the membership and processing fee, which came to $after taxThe sales associate then started to build the order for the goggles and masksBefore the transaction was processed via the in store terminal the individual was made aware of our return policy, warranty policy as well as our no refund policyAll of which are posted in the store front as well as on our website;

Later that day the individual came back in with the items that he had purchased and had stated that his friends were not interested in airsoft and that he would like to return the itemsThe individual was told we were unable to do a refund for the items and that he could only return them for in store credit or another productThe individual was mad and started to walk away and muttered that he was not told about the return policy and that it was stupid that he could not return the items a few hours laterThe Operations Manager told him that if he was not told about the return policy that we would be able to do a refund but that there would have to be a 10% restocking feeThe customer did not think that was fair and that it was too muchHe then stated that he would have to think about it and left the store
When he came back in the manager processed the refund for the items minus the restocking feeAfter the refund was processed the customer asked if the policy was posted, which he was told that it is posted on the website as well as on a acrylic sign in the store front
A few weeks later the customer called in and wanted to speak with the "owner", the manager took down his information and said he would return his callAfter speaking with one of the directors of the company the manager called the customer and spoke with him about the refund in the store and the processesThe customer wanted a refund for the membership and processing feeThe manager told him that the processing fee could not be refunded as the membership had been processed but that the membership fee could be refundedThis was agreed to by the customer
