They say free returns but when you try they don't answer their phones and it takes so many e-mails to finally just get a return shipping label sent to you it's ridiculousThen they acknowledge getting the shoes back and say they've issued a refund so you'll think it's over and just let it goBut that refund never shows up on PayPal or your credit cardFought with this company for about a monthFinally was able to prove to PayPal beyond a shadow of a doubt that this company got the shoes back but wasn't refunding our money and they forced a refund RUN AWAY DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
