This company is the worst. Ordered rug, then realized it was the wrong rug. Tried to cancel order mere hours after placing order and I was told it was not possible due to it already being loaded on a truck (really ? That fast?). The company lists it has a "No risk 30 day return" policy, Their idea of "No Risk" is that YOU (the customer) pays for the return shipping AND YOU (the costumer) also pays a 15 percent restocking fee. Just exactly how is this considered "No Risk?"This is a large company with only one goal....to serve themselves. Stay away and stop supporting companies like this. They are destroying our economy

I left a phone message last evening about the disappointment I feel with my purchase. I purchased a $200 area rug (details below) *, very nice, but the color was not going to work. I was unhappy when I discovered the didn't offer exchanges. It cost $63 to return the rug, and there is a 30 day wait for credit to my account. Therefore, leaving me without a nice rug for a family wedding this past week end, no money to purchase elsewhere, and inability to purchase until the end of May. In 65 years, I have never had to deal with such a difficult or more expense return purchase. We are seniors, on a very fixed income, and this purchase and return $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ too costly to ever do business with them again. All large purchases I have ever had to return, have never exceeded $15. In fact, most companies include a FREE RETURN LABEL. I had a plethora of companies I could have chosen to buy from; sadly, I chose poorly.
Before knowing what the cost of returning the rug was going to be, I selected another rug the same day. The very next day (after I had paid another $200) on a credit card because I was desperate, I receive an EMAIL that they rug won't be delivered for at least 6 weeks. I immediately cancelled, and was done with these crooks.
I have since, called and left a verbal complaint, then 2 or 3 emails, and have not received any response. The say when you send an email "you will hear back shortly" words to that effect. WHATEVER. more LIES
