Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by BuyBitcoin.com regarding complaint ID *** to my knowledge. I have a message on our phone saying we do not answer anonimous, unknown, and blocked name calls and to leave a
message and number and we would call them back. I am not sure who is reponsible for this virus, but it named *** *** and Bitcom as method of payment. They should know about this. I goggled this and their were responses of people getting this and the charge running from $to $700. When it started, a note pad was posted on my desktop open with this message: (not word for word) It stated that all my files and pictures had been encryped. I would need a key to unencryp my filesIt gave a link to go to and get instruction of how to send my payment to *** for Bitcom. Upon payment received, I would receive the key to unlock my files and pictures. There was a note popping up on my desktop screen and an icon with the *** symbal in the middleI did not touch the link or make a payment. I ran a ful *** scan several times and did several restore to an earlier date. *** did quarantee the Trojan virus several times. I deleted everything concerning ***. *** got rid of the popups. At this time all files (i.eWord, Excell, photos, Publisher, Print Artist, and Print Master) are still encryped. All of my programs have a file named Recovery_help with a note page symbol. Have not tried this or gotten through to *** for assistance from ***.Sincerely,*** ***

Review: Through my e-mail service the TeslaCrypt virus was installed on my computer encrypting all my files. I have [redacted] Security on my computer and it still bypassed it's virus protection. This virus incrypts all files on your computer and demands ransom be paid to BitCoin and then you will receive a code that will unlock your files.
In looking this up on the internet, the ransom demands run $300, $500, and $700. Therefore, I am not the only one victim to this ransom scheme.
Ransom is illegal, I just am not sure who to contact. Maybe, there is some way the villian behind this can be held accountabe.Desired Settlement: Person guilty of this ransom scheme for BitCoin be discovered and prosecuted.
